just venting.

I hate how fucking hard it is to hold a decent conversation these days. I suppose thats what texting's evolved to, simple one word answers and it pisses me off.

i mean, what the fuck am i supposed to say to "lol" as a response?

ughhhh like, if you dont wanna talk to me, be blunt about it. dont just send me a one worded answer. if you dont liek what i have to say, then say something about it.
at least, when i text i use proper grammar and actually spell out the words. and i never really respond with one worded answers. i show at least some sort of interest in the conversation.

but hey, thats just me.

one of my friends, she's called herself my best friend for about 8 years now, does the whole one word response thing. maybe its cause she's blonde, but still, not a legit excuse.

me: "what are you doing today?"
her: "nothing."
me: "wanna hang out?"
her: "sure."

see what i mean. not much enthusiasm. and this is coming from a person who can read tone pretty well. and reading from the punctuation, she doesnt seem very enthused to be involved in this "converstation". did we hang out? no. of course not.
half of the time, she doesnt respond for at least a few hours. after the event i invited her to is over.
what a friend right?
yeah, i think so too.


so yeah, if i ever send you a text, and you dont feel like talking to me, tell me. dont leave me hanging. just sayin.
